To maintain an organized schedule and allow for a smooth workflow,
you may cancel or reschedule a class up to 48 hours before the session
Cancellations made later than that will be charged as a full class
You’re always welcome to reach out, sometimes we can find creative solutions

If you purchased a package or subscription and decide to stop midway that’s completely okay
In case of cancellation
You will only be charged according to the smallest package that matches the classes you actually used, and the remaining balance will be refunded with love
Examples
You enrolled in a yearly plan and stopped after 4 months → you’ll be charged as if you purchased a 4-month package
You purchased a 4-month package and stopped after 1 month → you’ll be charged as a monthly package
You purchased a monthly package and used only 3 classes → you’ll be charged for 3 single classes
The calculation is based on the actual applicable package price, not the discounted rate of a larger package
A processing fee may apply depending on your credit card provider
Cancellations, refunds, and balance calculations are only available while the package is still within its validity period
Packages that are not fully used by the end of their validity period will expire
Once a package has expired, refunds or credits cannot be issued
It is the student’s responsibility to track their package validity and use the classes within the allowed time frame
