You can cancel your ticket up to 12 hours before the show, just send us a quick message through the contact form or by email. Sometimes a small processing fee might apply, depending on your payment method.

If it’s too close to showtime, refunds aren’t guaranteed — but you can always reach out, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

And if something on our side goes wrong — like a technical issue or show cancellation — you’ll get a credit for another date or a full refund, whichever feels right for you.
